In that sense, it shouldn't make too much of a difference what body you use with the textures for Beast race heads. It's just the way their textures are set up. The thing is that there will always be neck seams with the Beast races. There is actually a matching body texture (you'll find it if you look up Coverkhajiits), but it isn't compatible with the newest versions of CBBE/UNP/Insert-female-body-mod-here or Better Males. The Coverkhajiits mod will have the same issue as using the Xenius' face textures for Argonians (more obvious neck seam). It's the only good Khajiit face texture mod out there as far as I know (and believe me, I've spent a long time looking nobody cares much for the Beast races). The diffuse (color) map is more detailed than the vanilla texture so it looks odd with a body texture that isn't as detailed.Īs for Khajiit, the only one I can recommend is CoverKhajiits by mrLenski. Personally, I just use the normal maps from Xenius' mod. Don't use the body or hand textures because they are not compatible with CBBE (they are meant for the vanilla body only). If you don't mind a more obvious than usual seam, you can use the facial textures (diffuse, normal, and specular maps) from the Better Beast Races mod by Xenius.

You're better off sticking with Vanilla in that case. Now, when you run Skyrim, your player character will use the new NIF files you have created and will have a body shape identical to the one you created.Unfortunately, I don't know of any Argonian face textures. Now, next time you use BodySlide, your new preset will be available. When you save it, make sure that you save it to \Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\SliderPresets so that BodySlide can see it. If you want to save your settings as a preset, click Save Preset and name your preset. Finally, click Create Bodies and BodySlide will create two NIF files in the \Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets folder. You can see below the extensive list of options you have available to choose from. Adjust the sliders that you are interested in until you get the body shape you like.Click Preview Small and Preview Big and an image will appear for both sets of sliders.Under Preset, choose the option that most closely fits what you want your player character to look like.Select CalienteBody as Outfit / Body, which is the mesh that you are editing if you chose the "no underwear" version or Caliente Undies if you chose the underwear version. In the Skyrim data folder, browse to \CalienteTools\BodySlide.
